Hi, my name is Norm Fisher and I am the exclusive home seller specialist for TeamFisher. If you select us to represent you in the sale of your home, I will be your agent.
I chose to specialize in serving sellers because I’m passionate about technology, the Internet, and real estate photography. Seller representation is rife with opportunities to explore those passions to the fullest. If there’s a cool new way of marketing homes, or providing a higher level of service to home sellers you can bet that I’ve tried it, and if it works, I use it today.
As an exclusive seller specialist, I spend most of my time working on selling our listings for our sellers. I deal with all inquiries and showing requests on our listings, present offers, negotiate contracts, and work with other agents to bring conditional sales to a firm status.

A respected member of the Saskatoon real estate community, Norm maintains strong relationships with agents representing every real estate brand. He has been active in service to the industry through his entire career serving as a director for the Saskatoon Real Estate Board from 1998-2002, culminating in a term as President. He has returned to service numerous times throughout the years in various capacities including committee work and training with the Association of Saskatchewan Realtors and the Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors. He was honoured as the Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Realtor of the Year in 2008 for his commitment to the real estate industry and the community.
Norm is a winner of numerous production awards with Royal LePage including the coveted Diamond Award and the Award of Excellence. He is one of the top ten Royal LePage agents in the province of Saskatchewan.
Norm is a second generation Realtor who learned the business under the direction of his natural father, Bill Garvie, himself a real estate innovator. Over 16 years in the business Norm has represented hundreds of clients personally and has served in a management role overseeing hundreds of additional transactions.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Norm worked in retail sales and radio broadcast sales prior to his real estate career. He has been married to Trish for more than 25 years and has two grown kids, Pamela who works with him in his real estate business and Justin who currently studies at the University of Saskatchewan.
